Now, I know what you’re thinking: Rachel, I read WAAYY more than one book a month (and so do I, obviously!), but this project is different. Instead of staying in our favorite sections of the library, content to read the same style of story over and over again, what we should be doing is expanding and growing our tastes. And so, this year, I am resolving to read at least one book in a different genre every month. Some I will be excited for, and others…I may dread. But they will be read, and processed, and reviewed and hopefully, I’ll grow or something! (PS the kids are doing this challenge too, they just don’t know it yet….)
