It’s Winter, and even though it’s a BIT warmer than we’re used to, we’re still getting into the seasonal spirit. After reading “The Snowstorm Surprise” By Richard Scarry, we were itching to play in some snow ourselves! Since Mother Nature wasn’t really cooperating, we decided to take matters into our own hands, and make some 2 ingredient “Snow Dough” to mold and squish.
You know, this winter activity was simple, quick and fun! BONUS- It was made with things we already had around the house so once the decision was made to start the project, it was as good as done. Both kids loved to take turns stirring the dough, and of course they also loved to mold it and play with it when it was ready! No lie, it was a bit messy, but a broom and a wipe cleaned up almost as quickly as the dough was made!
All you’ll need to create Snow Dough is the following:
1/2 cup of Conditioner. (We used Ocean Refresh V05 it smells awesome!!)
3 cups of Baking Soda
And that’s literally it! You can add glitter or confetti to add some visual interest to the dough, as well, if you wanted to.
